Paid Holidays (6 days per year at 8 hours each):
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Regardless of what day of the week the holiday falls, Employees will be paid eight hours at their Regular Hourly Rate.
If an Employee works on a Paid Holiday, they will be compensated at the Holiday Rate (2.0x the Regular Hourly Rate).
For clarification:
- Regular Hourly Rate is 1.0x the hourly rate
- Overtime Rate is 1.5x the Regular Hourly Rate
- Holiday Rate (the rate paid if an Employee works on a Paid Holiday) is 2.0x the Regular Hourly Rate
