Paid Holidays (6 days per year at 8 hours each):

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Regardless of what day of the week the holiday falls, Employees will be paid eight hours at their Regular Hourly Rate.

If an Employee works on a Paid Holiday, they will be compensated at the Holiday Rate (2.0x the Regular Hourly Rate).

For clarification:

  • Regular Hourly Rate is 1.0x the hourly rate
  • Overtime Rate is 1.5x the Regular Hourly Rate
  • Holiday Rate (the rate paid if an Employee works on a Paid Holiday) is 2.0x the Regular Hourly Rate
