Purpose: Jobs are dispatched to employees via the Housecall Pro app.  This helps us schedule efficiently, respond to customer’s homes promptly, get paid, and track company metrics so we can better plan.

Policy and Procedures:

  • Do not go to any job site without first having been dispatched via the Housecall Pro app.
  • Check in as On My Way when you leave for the job site.
  • Check in as Starting upon arrival.
  • Check in as Finished after the repair is completed and the customer has paid.
